Noise Figure Calculation

When we do a noise figure calculation of an amplifier, do we need to count the
noise of the load resistor? why or why not?

i think it is not. for we conside it is match

during simulation, set the temperature of the load resister to be -300C to avoid it's noise.

Why we have to ingnore the noise of load?
If in real case the resistor load the amplifier, do we need to count it? because
it indeedly generates noise.

noise of load resistor is taken into account in the matching of amplifier so its not considered again
