qam transmitter?

hi all
does anybody knows a company that sells rf module with modulation type QAM ( 16 or 64 or 256 )

the analog DDS chip can do this function, i think the QAM modulator is finished in the digital domain, the analoge method is obsolete!

Be very careful about using "system on a chip" components. They work fine for the application that they were designed for, but it is rare indeed if that application matches you needs exactly. Especially check out things like spectral mask emissions to see if it will meet your licensing requirements.
