measurement of indoor WLAN signal strenght

I was conducting a masurement for indoor WLAN signal strenght.I used Aironet Client Utility(ACU).The problem are,i want to know the program for predicting the signal strenght using matlab,what are the receive sensitivity,antenna gain for Cisco Aironet Client Adapter Series 350 and the values for wall,floor,furniture in dB.Can you give me the equation used for the analysis of indoor WLAN.
