Hello!
I want to design a HAM radio transceiver for 10 GHz amateur band.
I want to using pHEMT for the PA. I want to try a new PA structure.
Which type of PA should I use? Class E or Class F?
Advantages , disadvantages?
Thanks,

Class E will probably not work. I put some typical numbers in my spread sheet program and got zero capacitance required at the output of the transistor. Class F might work if you use transmission lines, but I suspect at this high frequency you will be lucky to get a decent output with ordinary class A or AB mode.
