How to build a small frequency jammer to work on a remote control car?

My girl friend is trying to build a small frequency jammer to work on a remote control car, do any circuit diagrams exist to get her started?

Use a triangle waveform to tune a VCO in that frequency band. It should interfere with the remote control frequency.

ok ill give it a try, is there anything i should watch out for?

We have tried that method ro jame GSM (1800MHz and 900 MHz). It can jame up to 50m indoor with 3 watts PA. You might try a bigger amplified if you need more range
