Suggest me a MPEG Player&Recorder for SFQ device...

I need a MPEG Player&Recorder test device to use at work. Currently we use Tektronix MTX 100 to supply transport stream to SFQ. It can only record TS externally from parallel input. But we want a device that can record the broadcasting data from RF input(if it is possible DVB-S, DVB-T, DVB-C all supported.). I mean the device must have tuner+demod in itself so the TS internally recorded. Another point is: the device should be portable so we can carry it to abroad for getting different broadcasting data.
If someone knows such a device please inform me about it.
