Class E Driver Stage

Does anyone know a good IC to drive a large MOSFET. I'm trying to design a Class E amplifier at 13.56MHz. It was suggested that I use the UC3710 from TI, however I don't know what the highest operating frequency of that device is. What if I want to design an 81.36MHz device? How do I drive it?
