Sequential Rotation technique

Dear RF people,
I'm designing a Circularly Polarized patch antena array and I've decided to use the Sequential Rotation technique.
My question is: can I work with a Single Element whose Crosspolarization level is -12 dB at Edge Of Coverage (+/- 13degrees) and lower at the boresight?
If I apply the sequential rotation technique at array level, can I be sure to have an overall array Crosspolarization level less then -20 dB in the all Coverage (-12 ; +12°)?
Every comment is welcome.

Lupin

Thanks plasma for your contribution.
I'm going to read the paper.
Anyway, can I know your expert feeling about my question?
