help about power amplifier supply circuits

when i supply a power amplifier ,first i supply the VGG to -1.8V, then i want to turn the VDD form 0V to 10V slowly, but the VDD can't change ,it's current limited.
when i first supply the VGG to -3V(the pinoff voltage).then i turn the VDD form 0V to 10V,during this time the supply current is zero,after that i change the VGG to -1.8V,the power amplifier works well. there is a 220uF capaciotr on my VDD power supply circuits.please help me how to avoid these.thanks!
the power amplifier is tim5964-8sl-422.
