How to use BB132 Varactor diode in Pspice?
Can anyone help me, Thanks !
Here it is:
*** Variable Capacitance Diode
.MODEL BB132 D (IS=10F BV=30 TT=5U CJO=77.3211P VJ=4.9228 M=1.75843 RL=3G)
Thanks Borber , but how can i apply it to Pspice , When i choose any varactor diode in Orcad Pspice and right click on it i found that "Edit Pspice Mode" option is Disabled , How can i solve that problem and apply your model ?
I don't know Orcad. Maybe there is a possibility to add component into the library.
Edit PSPCIE model for anyother two port components and put the above model in it, then you can edit the component art work itself to look like a varactor :)
Or, you can build the library and component OLB and lib files from scratch with that model..

I did That Ahamad , But when i simulate the Circuit i received errors in simulations because of the Model , So How can i solve that problem ?
Plz Borber , Which software u use? and how you can enter the Model ?
I use Microcap. Adding a new model is simple. You have just to put new model into an existing library for example diodes.lib. That library must be included into library list which simulator uses. It is nom.lib in library directory. When placing diode in schematics, list of all diodes in all opened libraries appears and you can select one.
In this case a usual diode symbol is used. But you can add new model into special menu list where you can assign varicap diode symbol.
Can anyone tell me how to apply that model in Orcad , I'm looking forward to some one has expierience with Orcad , and applied that Model by himself to investigate my problem ?

It's not a modelling or Pspice problem but software issue.
Try to use Help in Orcad simulation.
