Biasing a Ku power FET (FLM 1314)

I need bias circuit for Ku band power FET i am using fujitsu FLM 1314 device i can't find any application note for biasing of this device.

any application note for ku band PA and any link to find high Q and high frequency capacitor can work upto ku band.
