RF power device for 5.3 to 5.9GHz

Looking for a device that works between 5.3 to 5.9GHz and has a 1dB compression point just above 50dBm.

Output power is about 47dbm. you can use 2 device with a hybrid combiner for 50 dbm.

The Best Property of this device : Internally Matched to 50ohms and doesn't need

any external matching!
