measure stripline impedance

Hi,
Anyone has any idea on how to measure precisely the impedance of stripline?
For low frequency, I can think of impedance=sqrt(Zopen * Zshort). But this may not be applicable for high frequency, say 5.8GHz. I did some google, sounds like TRL is the most common practice people recommend to measure stripline impedance but I just have the equipment. Also, when measuring impedance at high frequency, how to de-embed the effect from pigtails? What I have are pigtails and network analyzer.
Thanks,

I meant I don't have TRL.
