Hi, friends:
Now i am simulating a reflectarray element. As you know, the calculation of reflection phase is vital. I am using HFSS to simulate the reflection phase in some IEEE papers' example.
As the paper told us, the Perfect E and Perfect H walls are set, and electric wave of the incident wave is in the x direction and k is in the z direction. I get the Ex's ang. But it cannot be related with the papers' results at all.
I think in my simulation, the settings are all correct, and the only thing i am doubting is whether the Ex's ang is right.
Please give me some instrucion!
Thank you!
for example: IEEE-Ap 2003 Oct Designing a 161-element ku-band microstrip reflectarray of variable size patches using an equivalent unit cell wavegudi approach.
