What's the topology of MRF6P21190?

Hi,guys! has anybody here used this LDMOS to design a WCDMA 5W PA? could u pls tell me the topology ? or ,tell me how to simulate its characteristic in ADS. the ADS File is better.thanks for your warmly heart.
