Requesting a password

Hi everbody,
I have downloaded some lecture notes of Professor Keith R. Carver for the Microwave Engineering II course from the site
http://www.ecs.umass.edu/ece/ece585/
However, all of the pdf files are all password protected.
Does anybody by any chance has the password for these files?

I couldnt remove the password from a protected PDF file...

This software doesnt enable it.

does anyone knows this problem or maybe I am doing something wrong..
