Models suitable for 5mmx5mm VQFN package (32 or 24 pins) at 1GHz

I am searching for a model or any resources that would be suitable @1GHz for 5mmx5mm VQFN package (32 or 24 pins). Specifically, I need to get an estimate of the leads inductance and capacitance.

I don't know if a similar package have a standard number of pin, but anyway one solution could be to find a vendor website that sell both chps and packaged chips and gives the s parameters, then you can model the package by difference...
Hittite for example sell both chips and packaged chips..
