isolated magnetic dipole

Do any one knows about Isolated Magnetic Dipole antenna? This is a small antenna with high isolation,selectivity & flexibility , low SAR & high efficiency? I have the figure of this antenna, but can do any one knows where is the feed & ground on this antenna?
