help required regarding RF IC's

i am a student of BE electrical. i need help regarding my senior design project. we r working on software radios. we need a rf transceiver/ front end IC which meets the following specifications

frequency of transmission: 462-467 MHz (FRS band)
data rate : upto 6Mbps
IF: < 20 MHz
plz tell me any ic which meets the following requirements or the best possible match.
i have found one IC "MAX2510" from mxim but its supported datarate is not given. if any one knows about this IC plz tell me whether this will be a good option or not. or suggest any other.

Look at www.analog.com they have chips you need.

i have checked the chips on analog but their supported data rate is 200 kbps maximum

Hi You looked at the wrong chips: check AD6652.
You will have to make your frontend yourself based on those chips.
