radiation boundary setup

Hello,
I am looking to setup some antenna simulations. I know how to define the radiation boundary box correctly, but I am unsure of how to set the infinite sphere parameters to define the radiation boundary. What should be entered into the angle fields, and what about the step size? An explanation of how to set these up and why these values are chosen would be extremely helpful. Thanks.
