RF problem with receiving signal from a transmitter (433.92 MHz)

Is there any possibility to receive the signals into a RF receiver from the same frequency RF transmitter. I am using the frequency range of 433.92MHz. I am not able to come across that problem. Please .....

it is possible on TDMA system?
