Try with ARRL Antenna Handbook. Obtainable through any good P2P software. ;)

You can also try Jasik's antenna engineering handbook, a bit more theoretical than ARRL's book but definitely practical.

You can see lots of microstrip antennas inside there! I think somebody has uploaded this book (photocopy I guess) somewhere in this forum.

I think there are a few goods books out there, but a book by Balanis, Antenna Theory - Analysis and Design is also pretty good.
