Help me ! it is incorrect about simulation of 915MHZ antenna

simulation the ceramic antenna , is microstrip .
use PCAAD 5.0 ,
TOP METAL width 32mm
long 23mm.
cremic width 42mm ,long 34mm.thickness 2mm
ground is 80mm *80mm pec conductor .
ceramic Er is 50
the result(cavity model ) is center frequency 939MHZ .
but use HFSS
may i is wrong ?
