antenna problem pleas,please help MOM

I have this problem that needs to be solved if anyone can please help me I would really really appreciate it. I am down on my knees so confused attached is the problem I need solved it is antenna problems Method of moments is needed to calculate the current distribution along with the RCS and a bunch of other stuff. If anyone can help I would be greatful. I mean I will even pay for it too if anyone wants to make money as a tutor. can anyone point me i nthe right direction please?I need this within the week
