900Mhz antenna under 1800Mhz

What is the expected behaviour in this situation? Regarding a mobile phone environment, will I get a weaker signal? Is it possible to calculate or estimate the difference in the received signal (strength)?

you can't estimate the result, but it most probably work at 1800 as a secondary resonant frequency.
