What's the role of Balun and how to realize it in CMOS?

What is the role of balun ? how to realize it in CMOS ? has it particular electrical model ?

balun is :balanced unbalanced this mean it transform the differential singal into singal ended and vis versa
it has many implementations center taped transformer , hybrid couplers and so on

in CMOS it is implemented as transformer

In the case of CMOS technology, may I realize the transformer like inductor ? and what about matching between balun and circuit

yeah transformer can be two inductors up to each other

Do you mean that Zin and Zout of balun is 50 Ohm

no , the Zin and Zout of the integrated balun is not 50 ohm

u will need to implement a impedance matching

u mean other than center taped transformer
yeah there are hybrid couplers and lange couplers and so on , check out Pozar book

and there are many microstrip architectures

But Hybrid couplers that deoesn't exist on CMOS design kits....

sure all other architectures i mentioned are not for CMOS
