Shielded integrated spiral inductors

1- Is there any one who has a documentation or examples on Shielded integrated spiral inductors, whitch are used in CMOS technology?

2- How to realize a good Shielded integrated spiral inductors layout ?

i think shielded inductors are the inductors under them u but a patterned ground layer normally this layer is metal one , and this metal layer is cut in vertical and horizontal strips so that eliminate eddy current which will be induced in the substrate
