hi,
I want to use quadrature demodulator ad8348 to make a receiver. It requests that the LO frequency be twice of that of the input RF (or IF) signal. Now, the original LO signal is ready (e.g. 700MHz). How can I double this LO signal to 1400MHz?
Please help me.

use frequency double , it is like class C amplifier , at the output there will be the harmonics of the signal , the output matching network designed like a filter to select the second harmonic
check nonlinear Rf and microwave circuits steven mass
khouly
a mixer followed by filter?
yeah but in this cas u will feed the mixer with the same singal , to genrate dc ,and twice the freq
it can work also
but i don't know which one will perform better
khouly
