parallel bonding wires

I need some article or experience about parallel bonding wires.
(to make smaller the inductance of the bonding wires)

The general thought is that a 3 to 5 mil wide ribbon is better and easier to install.

If you have two 25 um wires spaced 75 um apart the total inductance will only be 3/4 of a single wire sicne the fields are close enough to couple. If you get them out to 500 um spacing then it's 1/2. I pulled this from a graph on pg 332 of Robert Webers Introduction to Microwave Circuits. I know MWO has a coupled bond wire model. Don't space themn so close your process guy will kill you.
