agilent e4438 arb

Do somebody use Agilent E4438C to generate any waveform by programming iqdata to download into memory.

I haved used matlab to generate a single tone ,but when i set E4438C's sample clock,it becomes two tones.

can anybody tell me how sample clock influence the waveform?
