Antenna modelling in Matlab

Hi everybody..
I am trying to write a MATLAB simulation in which azimuth,elevation beamwidths and sidelobe levels are input parameters and the 3D radiation pattern of antenna which has only one main lobe is plotted which satisfies the input parameters. It might be called something like antenna synthesis. Practical issues doesn't concern me much (frequency etc.). I just want to make an approximate model. I was told tht it is very lik the FIR design in DSP.

I would appreciate any help..(books,websites, .m files etc..)
