Combining 2 signals for EMC immunity test

In EMC immunity test, we need to combine 2 signal in one input.
1- a x khz clock or DC signal (low frequency).
2- a microeave (RF) signal in order of GHz or a short pulse (nanosecond duration).
the former signal may have 2 wats power.

If we can use combiner? which number and type?
or another component is better.

No change in signal characteristics nee.!

you may want to ask Flomerics as they have been leading EMC simulation for quite a while (MICROSTRIPES/FLOEMC)
