LNA gain measure for I/O port match (50 ohm)

Hi All,

For a LNA with input and output port match to 50ohm, may i know the gain measured by noise figure analyzer and network analyzer (S21) should be equal or not?

What is the reason if both don't equal?

I think Gain from noise figure is available gain
if input and output port match to 50ohm ,it should be same.

noise figure and gain will not be the same for sure

and u need to calibrate ur equipment before using it , specially the network analyzer
