cirular polarization..

hi,

i hv designed a patch antenna for circular polarization. The thing is the antenna has axial ratio of 0.82 dB for phi=80 degrees & theta=330 degrees. The resonating frequency is at 4.43 GHz and all other parameters are very nice. Can we call this antenna as circular polarization antenna..? Can we use this antenna for applications.., if so where this antenna can be used..
