dipole balanced

hi,

since a folded dipole needs an input impedance about 300 ohms,then there's a need of a 300 ohm parallel printed line.
any suggestion on what software i can use to design such feedline?
although, the other end of the feed line is 86.5+j43 so i guess i'll add another quarter wave transformer there..

any suggestion is deeply appreciated...

is this a printed folded dipole?

You cannot use a quater wave TL to match complex impedance
