how to download this?

I want to download this page to do some practice.

I see the page perfectly while visit to this webpage.
I downloaded this with offline explorer to use it afterwards.
But after download when i try to acceess this page i get the following message.

"Your browser does not support Java

What you see is only a static picture of the interactive Impedance Matching model"

only the picture is there but not interactive.

I even can not see the pic. the trick is you can download java code and launch it as an application. imatch.zip or imatch.cab file you can find under the weblink.
