Example ExpressPCB designs for Microwave boards needed.

Does anyone know where I can find simple example ExpressPCB layout designs for Microwave boards. There are plenty of example PCBs for digital boards but I can't seem to find anything for a typical Microwave board. Specifically I'm looking for a very simple Directional Coupler implemented with single layer FR4 and end launch SMA connectors (such as Johnson 142-0701-851).

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
