Looking for documents about PIFA antenna

hi everybody,
I am working for my final year project on a pifa antenna, the matter that is the first time i work on antennas so can any one help me by giving some documentation (articles, or any other thing....) aboutthe pifa antenna and miniature antenna in general.

Check the EM simulation board in the forum. There's a lot of information about PIFA antennas there.

I checked it but all the .geo file don't work in my mgrid Ithink because I have the IE3D v10.
