HFSS issue

I used HFSS program to design small antenna such as monopole or PIFA, but I confused why use "lump port" to define the excited port. If use wave port or other ways to define the excited port, how about the antenna performance?

lumped port is to be used when port is inside the substrate or the system and teh wave port is used when feeding at the substrate edge. So decide urself.
