LO signal DC couple to mixer with IM2 calibration feature

For direct-conversion case in receiver, I read most papers have LO signal AC coupled to mixer which could do IM2 calibration. Is there other schemes like DC coupled but still keep IM2 calibration feature?

Does anybody have any papers talking about this issue. Thanks a lot.
