noise figure simulation, What kind of noises ADS measure ?

When we do noise figure simulation of LNA or mixer etc in ADS, then what noises ADS measures to find the S/N ratio at the input or output port? Is it do flicker noise, shot noise , burst noise etc calculation for noise figure simulation? or what are other noises it calculate?

as far as i know ads will take into account all the noise sources in ur model ,
this will depend on ur model ,

does ur model contian all the noise parameters or not
