archimedean spiral in matlab

Hi. my name is tope.am a final yr student in a college in Nigeria.My work is on the simulation of a wire archimedean spiral antenna over an infinte plane. Am using the SUPERNEC software for simulating the antenna which is based on the method of moments.The Matlab Program is interfaced with the supernec software for simulating the antenna.i need some help compiling the matlab file for this antenna

hav seen several diagrams of the archimedean spiral antenna with diff equations and am kinda confused.

i uploaded d samples of some other antennas for you to see the structure of the matlab code.
