gsm interview

Can someone please help me prepare for a job interview for GSM (an operator company)....If someone can provide me with some material regarding preparartion for the job interview , that shall be great. + Suggestion for the most imporatant question for this type of an interview are also welcome here..... (please give the answers as well...)

if u r intrested in technical engineering post i.e bts installation or at core. u va sufficient knowledge of following.

Antenna throry:
1- polarization.
2- antennas used for transmission. both for communication and microwave.
3- little knowledge about frequency planning and which frequency is why used.

ElectroMagnatic theory.
Microwave Communication.
Wireless communication.:
1-detail knowledge about 3G technology.
2-both 2, 2.G technologies.



all the above mentioed articles being asked in interview(initial).
if u r intrested in research and development job (RND) then u 've to also know about 4g technologies .
