4 port s-parameters to differential s parameters ?

Hi all,

I am looking for a way of converting 4 port single ended s-parameters to 2-port differential s-parameters. I know that Matlab has a script for that (s2sdd.m) but I don't have the RF tool box. Can anyone provide formulas for the conversion ? Equations/scripts anything will help.
