how to give input to a differential LNA ?

i want to simulate a differential LNA
plz tell me how to give input and how to take output to it ?
some r saying to use balun , but how to give balun in hspice ?

I think spectre is better in RF design than hspice.
there are many high level model in the spectre.
you can find balun in the rflib of the spectre.
