TriQuint HBT momentum simulations help?

Does anyone have a good definision of the substrate when using ADS momentum to simulate passive circuits using TriQuint HBT3 process..

any links? sources? .slm files ? etc.

I would appritiate any help..

I have atached the Agilent substrate file for momentum. If somebody could take a look at it and give me some feedback if this is a correct setup, I would appritiate it.
