On Antenna Tolerance Theory !!

Hi,
Has anyone gone through Antenna Tolerance Theory by J.Ruze? It is very abstruse one and I am finding it difficult to grasp. Can anyone discuss it with me? Has anyone simulated those things ? It has very imp practical implications.
Even Kraus Antenna mentions Bracewell paper and discussion seems to be boring one. Can anyone discuss it here..?
