Reliability of the ASD libraries

Is the technology file given in ADS reliable? (I assume a positive answer, just want to make sure)

If yes, "down to" what channel length?

it depends on the foundry , if the boundary produce a good models then u can trust ur results , so ADS is not a factor , it mainly depends foundry models
