Design tips for transimpedance amplifier
Thanks
Eamonn
[edit] Just used the forum search function [doh!] & had a read round some of the hits. The examples given mostly seem to be using op-amps - I'm designing a mmic & the bandwidth I'm working to is 50MHz to 1GHz, & the design needs to be as low noise as possible.
Can anyone help?
check razavi book , integrated circuits for optical comunication , it is very helpful

Thanks Khouly
I saw the Razavi book on Amazon, but I've ordered Sackinger's 'Broadband Circuits for Optical Fiber Communication' instead as it seemed to be more relevant to my problem.
Do you have the Razavi book & if so is there a design guide/tutorial section relating to TIA design using FETs?

Cheers mate
Guess I've got to build up some points before I can access the link
