directivity of amplifier-help

Hi RF specialists
what is the meaning of directivity for an RF amplifier? Which S-parameter it corresponds to?

may be y are wrong,please check your problem and give me where it is from,thanks

Directivity?

the transistor have a two-port S parameters equivalent

Then you should look to S21, S12 and say if the two-port are unidirectional or bidirectional (have some kind of internal feedback, e.g like drain-gate capacitance).
